    When you are far away from Maine, you can really count on these guys and gals to bring the fresh lobster! The menu is a little bit pricey, but, when you need to scratch your lobster itch, this is the medicine! The good stuff. The staff is fun and professional and they do a great job. The garlic roll is a 10/10! Lobster, garlic butter and bread. It's hard to blow this, but, what makes this exceptional is the quality of the crab meat in the roll. Nice and firm, sweet and exactly perfect! The Lobster Bisque is ok. Not great. There are too many binders and stabilizers in it and it has a glossy corn starch look and feel to it. It's flavorful, but, once you change the viscosity of the soup the flavor sound come up. The tacos are very good. My advice words be to flip the order of filling the taco. Remember you are a lobster truck, you want to feature the lobster! So, your toppings on the bottom, lobster on top and then the sauce. Feature the lobster not the confetti! The confetti is pretty, but you aren't paying $20 for the colors. I'm so happy when you guys take your trucks out among those communities like Cedar City, Utah! I always hit your truck whenever you are in town! And your truck is always clean and beautiful looking. Oh, and on this particularly hot day, it was a nice touch to park facing the trees so we could wait in the shade and cool grass while you cooked away! Thank you for all you do!

    Now at Galaxy Park, Farm Rd N Las Vegas. Just got here. Cool stuff to see food trucks swinging by more often these days. Rocks for the community! Looking forward to trying this!

    We tried both Lobster Rolls, the Lobster Tacos, and the bisque. Dipping the rolls in the bisque was amazing. The rolls had ALOT of lobster, and even though it was pricey, it was awesome. Fresh, big portion, and delicious.

    If you haven't visited a Cousins Maine Lobster Truck you might want to give it a try. Unlike other rolls i've had in the past these rolls aren't overly buttered and are packed with lobster meat. The meat is fresh, flavorful and taste great. The portions size is adequate for the size of the roll and is not overly breaded allowing the lobster to take center stage. They also offer other items such as; lobster, quesadilla, lobster tots, lobster grilled cheese, lobster tacos, lobster bisque soup and of course lobster tails. I would definitely recommend the Maine Lobster Roll. However, they are a bit pricey but will definitely satisfy your lobster craving.
